Representing the Cayman Islands with youthful energy and a captivating spirit, Shiiannte Sterling was crowned Miss Teen World Cayman Islands 2024 at the biggest pageant in the Cayman Islands on October 26th, 2024.

Now a strong advocate for mental health awareness, Shiiannte serves as a youth ambassador for the Alex Panton Foundation, inspiring her peers and making a positive impact on the community.

She is eager to showcase the beauty and resilience of Cayman’s youth on the international stage at the Miss Teen World pageant.
