About The Organization

Miss World Cayman Islands was formed in 2017

The Journey of the Organization

Girl Power Ltd, is the non-for-profit organization that manages the Miss World, Miss Supranational and Miss Teen World Cayman Islands pageants. Established in 2018, its mission is to inspire and empower young women on their life journeys, whether it be through pageantry, career development or educational opportunities.

Pamela Ebanks-Small, a former Miss Cayman Islands, community leader and advocate for women empowerment leads Girl Power Ltd. She began as a franchise holder for the Miss World pageant in the Cayman Islands in 2017, later acquiring the Miss Supranational franchise in 2023. In 2024 she expanded her efforts by adding the Miss Teen Mundial to her portoflio, continuously working to create an environment that uplifts women and drives positive change.

The organization also supports young women through Girl Power Cayman, a free training and mentoring program for those aged 15-27. This initiative encourages community service and provides educational resources on topics such as careers, interview skills, women’s health and university life.

With a focus on environmental preservation and protection, Girl Power Ltd. organises an annual 5K event to raise awareness about environmental issues.
